Best place to get "Chinese Donuts " for congee etc, but it's a separate store inside. Also has good fried pan dumplings (menu says "Meat Pie ") as long as they've been freshly fried.
Arrive more than 15 minutes before the store closes, or you'll upset the check out staff who just want to go home.
