帕莎蒂娜和吳寶春的酒量桂圓麵包師出同門材料，做法相同，一顆都賣$350。吳寶春外觀顏色較深、表面脆硬、重量較輕；帕莎蒂娜外觀顏色較淺、表面帶濕軟、重量拿起來較沉。吳寶春桂圓麵包裡面氣孔比較大且均勻、麵包濕潤香Q、帕莎蒂娜氣孔較小、麵包也偏濕潤，但核果和桂圓用量驚人。不過也因為太結實吃起來比較不Q沒有彈性，稍微烤過後會更好吃，香氣更濃且每一口都吃的到核果或桂圓！
