If you can order ahead definitely do it. People seem to order teas by the half dozen so it takes a long time to get a tea .

Small and usually busy place. But the bubble tea is delicious. You can get 1 free after 10th cup

They were out of boba beads the night I went so I got a passion fruit tea . I recommend asking for less sugar, which is an option.

Place is super small. Come and relax.. If you're not in a hurry. Fan of the roasted milk tea with pudding .

they reduced their milk tea menu to just 3 flavors! ???? And the boba got chewier. No longer a fan.

This place is small but fairly clean . I had the Taro milk tea and that was horrible. I just ended up throwing it out. What a waste!

The service is really slow so be ready to wait 13-20mins for your drink

Very long wait (about 20 minutes) on a weekday. My tea was excessively sweet -- threw it out after a few sips. Not worth it.
