Both styles of carrot cake were good & tasty. White was a bit crispy with some wok char. Black had more char flavour. You can mix both types in an order - great!
Chilli is NOT fried into the oyster omelette dish. Instead, the savoury sambal gravy of chilli , dried shrimp & garlic is poured over the omelette
The oyster omelette was decent. It was a bit crispy , with a somewhat nice mushy texture. The flavour was decent.
