A great museum covering a piece of history that is tragic in every way. A big plus for the english guidance and free entrance .
This is how crazy crowded it was on Qing Ming holiday. We took the subway there, but we d spend the whole day waiting so took a cab back to Xinjiekou, shopping street with great food.
The museum is well organized and built, but its theme is haunting in every way. Such horrors which happened in 1937 are possible in the future if history is forgotten.
Depressing museum , yet very impressive. There is a room with a little pond . A water drop hits the pond every 12 seconds. They represent the victims of massacre. A citizen was killed every 12 seconds.
We believe in love and forgiveness,We want to say to you, in this memorable day, our prayers and love with you ......
Tastefully deep and dark account of what happened with arguably fair portrayal of all of Japan, china and the west's involvement. No kids should see the visuals here.
Good museum with free entrance and English guidance .
Crowded & famous historic museum in Nanjing
Very nice. Great site to visit
Unnecessiary large and hard to find the exit door
Would have been very interesting if it wasn't claustrophobically dangerously packed. Although it's free, you wish they charged so less people would go. Couldn't see anything at indoor part bc too full
If you are depressed, don't go there. It is however a must see if you really want to understand what exactly happened during the Japanese occupation.
Really well-done memorial and museum . Tourist crowds are a bit tasteless, but the information is still detailed and impactful.
If you plan to back subway station , don't go out end of exit gate. There is mid-left side gate that close to subway station .
Shocking place explaining the course of Nanjing massacre. No entrance fee.
Closed on mondays, can take pics tho,
A must for everyone.
Truly heart touching.
Powerful museum and very well made. No admissions fee
Excellent and highly informative memorial. Info in Chinese, English, and Japanese.
Go to feel the evidence of history.
Be here on time. The guards are very annoying during closing hours.
Don't come during the national holidays!! It is crazy! Too many people!!

。。。。。。。。。。。。。Truly heart touching. 。。。。
