Great place to hone your skills, not over technical but enough to keep you interested and you get a really good workout. Cafe and Bike shop are great, friendly , helpful staff and a good place to chill

The woodland trails are popular with cyclists. Also you can hire bikes there, so no need to bring your own.

If you enjoy an enthusiastic ride then avoid Sunday's, nowhere near enough signs on the RED trails & you find walkers & even worse parents with little en's riding them at dangerously slow speeds.
