I got my dog's nails trimmed and the groomers were very gentle with her, despite her being terrified and a little hard to work with. All the employees are friendly and knowledgeable
Prices tend to be a hood bit higher than PetSmart on a lot of things. Can take a while to check out, nice store but not as customer focused as PetSmart .
I will NEVER return! Lady seemed like she was trying to get out of trimming my dog. He looks butchered ! HORRIBLE! So uneven and a total hack job! PetSmart is way better.
Has the special diet food my dog needs
Was not the best grooming experience. First they misplaced my appointment. Then both of my dogs have amateur cuts. I don't know what to think. :-/
Oh yeah and I was charge $64 for my dogs butchering ! Never again Petco!
