The hotel was renovated , looked good . The room is comfortable and clean as usual, room service is so good. Cheap and nice. Staying here is so much better than stay in penang hotel (:

4 star hotel with probably 2-3 star hotel service. Food at Level 15 Club Lounge was pretty good though.

Lunch buffet menu are the same everytime i came. They should get new ideas.

They NEVER took it seriously about my complaint on air-cond system. Last year (Aug 2014) I've compliant the same issue. Today 18th Oct 2015 still can't resolved this issue. 27C at nite. WTF!
