This place is absolute must in Osaka! The best Ramen we had on our 3 week long trip in Japan. The pork is so tender!! And the owner is very friendly and helps you translate the menu.

pork belly was simply “melt-in-your-mouth” delicious! Both with ramen and rice , although I preferred the later for its similarity to the Taiwanese luroufan.

かつて堀江にあった名店「青葉らあめん 」の暖簾分けにあたる店。昨今の趣向を凝らした創作系ラーメン とはまた異なる魅力の、 飽きの来ないシンプルなラーメン 。名物の角 煮は甘辛く滋味深い、さすがの逸品。実は普通のチャーシュー も美味い。個人的にはランチのBセット（ラーメン ＋ミニ角 煮丼 セット）が一押しだが、 贅沢に角 煮が5切入った角 煮らーめん もおすすめ。

原以為控肉拉麵會過於油膩，但入口絲毫無厚重的油膩感，甚至不需費力就在口中化開；偏瘦肉的叉燒亦佳，煮製後置於冰箱冷藏一夜使肉質更具彈性。湯則是利用柴魚、大量蔬菜及雞爪熬製而成，清澈清爽也調和了肉品的油脂感。店内面積不大約10來個座位但環境相當整潔，店主也十分親切。雖離地鐵站需歩行一小段路，但値得一訪！

初めて青葉らあめん を頂きました(￥900)。 醤油ベース で出汁の効いたあっさり 味のスープ に、しっかり湯切りをした麺 が丁寧に器に盛られています。茹でた青菜 とごろっと大き目の角 煮が2個盛られていて、麺 はもちもちして喉越しが良くてとても美味しい。ミニらあめん (￥800)もあって、飲んだ後の〆にも良さそうですね。大将はとても優しそうで感じの良い方でした。

도톤보리 이치란 같은 거 말고, 여기서 일본 사람이 먹는 진짜 일본라멘을 드셔 보세요. 인기 메뉴는 삼겹살 라멘 . 고기는 젓가락으로 잘릴 정도로 부드럽고, 야채와 밸런스가 훌륭합니다. 추가 양념 없이도 느끼하지 않아요.

あっさり だけど、コクのあるスープ でとても美味しかったです。食べ飽きない味です。店主の方もとても親切で感じの良いお店でした。鶴見緑地線松屋町 駅から歩いて数分なので初めての方でも迷わず行けます

優しくもコクのあるスープ 、モッチリとした麺 、見た目も綺麗なチャーシュー がそれぞれ絡み合っており、とても美味しいラーメン です。また、角 煮は角 煮丼 でいただきましたが、美味しいのは言うまでもなく、本当にプルプルでお箸で切れるどころか、切らなくても切れるほどの柔らかさ。ライス や丼 を頼んだお客さんには逐一よそってからご飯 の量を確認するほどの丁寧な接客。何度でも行きたくなるお店です。
