The lechon (roast pork ) is great. Nice, fatty & juicy, with thin Crispy skin (smooth and thin rather than textured and thicker like some places). It's not heavily seasoned so you get the natural taste
Besides lechon (Filipino roast pork ) they also have it as sinigang (sour stew ), pakbet (steamed vegetables ), paksiw (vinegar), sisig (hotplate with spare parts) and kare kare (peanut sauce )
They have lumpia (spring rolls ), bopis (pig innards) and enseladang talong (eggplant with tomatoes , onion and shrimp paste ). You can order the dishes without rice too
The lechon (roast pork ) is great. Nice and fatty and juicy, with thin Crispy skin (smooth and thin rather than textured and thicker like some places)
You can order chopped lechon on its own or dishes without rice to cut carbs. Do note that paksiw has a lot of sugar, kare kare has a little. Sinigang has none
Enjoyed their 'lechon ' (roasted pork ). Generous serving of pork crackling . Sauce added creaminess to the bite
Kare kare is so so if you're not Filipino. It's thinner and lighter than other kare kare I've had
