Framing Dept disappointing. Waiting 2 weeks for a small job. At pick up not ready. Encouraged to shop 10 min. Came back they were waiting on other people instead of doing mine. Poor customer service.

Don't be fooled by promos from the website. I've experienced them "accidentally" not ordering the giveaway item twice. That's just bad business. Employees made no effort to compensate for the false ad
