Gym opens usually from 10am to 10pm. But you can come as early as 9.30 am to burn those exra lb.
Not so much choice of breakfast here. Just American breakfast , salted vegetable fish ball meehoon soup , chicken noodle soup , fried tanghoon wt minced chicken & chicken porridge wt century egg
