Friendly staff that trying his best to answer my questions even he's busying brewing coffee at the same time

Java Chip is my all time favorite but recently in love with the new favorite "Tiramisu Chocolate Chip Frappucino " ????

Made some selfies, put them on Instagram, didn't get any likes. Starbucks is losing its glamour. I recommend going to more instagram worthy cafes instead and ordering a lavender coffee with butter.

Apparently this is the only outlet that managed to spell my name correctly (y) Mocha Cookie Crumble Frap was yum :-)

The outdoor seating can be quite breezy , so be prepared. Watching the hustle and bustle of traffic is relaxing when you know it isn't you...

It still using an old style espresso machine which is a good thing!!!

I would say that this is one of the 2 best Starbucks in Penang ! Friendly baristas

Not sure starbucks staffs ' attitude getting less friendly or this branch is specially rude. Drinks not fully filling my tumblers. Feel like discriminate tumbler users. Rewards counting also incorrect.

Opp coffee of the day for chrismas promo not very promising as a coffee lover

Didn't notice the promo and I purchased my drink at 255pm!!! Sigh* Guess it's alright after all the promo ends by 31st Jan. Customer service is excellent though ^^

Bad Starbucks service & quality ever. Complain the drinks no coffee base, they refuse to redo, just add one shot coffee for us?! Venti black tea with only one tea bag.

Really need to speed up on service,with proper deployment.Transaction was only completed after 7mins at POS.No greetings/apology heard for the delay.Too hard sell til customers are neglected.
