The whole area is absolutely owesome!! One of the greatest architecture i have seen so far! Part about Upper Silesia is more than fascinating. And I am not saying that because I love Kato :)

The museum is an enormous complex situated entirely underground. Interesting permanent exhibitions , e.g. Upper Silesia over the ages. Plenty of paintings . Reserve at least 1,5 hour to see everything.

Great art collection . A nice mix of presentation forms- from traditional set ups to multimedia storytelling. A def a must if you are in the area. Plus great museum shop!

Great modern art ; different exhibitions . Was impressed by all of them.

Вхід на територію вільний. 14 злотих коштує квиток на 2 тимчасові виставки та 1 постійну у приміщенні колишньої лазні. Кращий приклад нового життя колишньої шахти.

Pěkně muzeum na projítí. Celkem za levné peníze. Vyhlídková věž je mimo sezónu zavřená bohužel.
