Service is awful. I came here on 29 december Tuesday. When I asked about fitting rooms working lady rudely said that they were closed (btw not working or out of order).
Don't bother trying to exchange/return anything unless you have an hour to spare. Crap service.
Some of the staff are not friendly/ helpful, they don’t offer tax free in this branch, which mean you have to take the recipe to a specific branches. They have sale sometimes which worth a visit! - This is Abdullah

Went early on christmas eve and it was not too busy however a couple of hours later it was so crowded. Got what I wanted and had a Krispy Kreme doughnut and hot chocolate. Good day out. - Ann Marie
