if u're coming from the states , and u used to comfort u better spend a little bit extra and get the penthouse suite.Well worth the money for $150. The comforts r equivalent to a regular room in Vegas

Our church had our bi-annual family summer conference here and we were very happy with the rooms and the service.For the price we booked , it was so worth it. The food was abundant. nice place to stay!

we r a group of almost 100 having our church summer camp , rooms are very spacious and clean . staffs are always alert and very accommodating, location was in the heart of Baguio city.

Lobby seems very luxurious but its not that pricey . Rooms are spacious and neat. Will surely go back the next time I go to Baguio.

3rd day of staying here. Will stay here 'till the 20th of May. So far, the only problem I've experience here is the slow service from staffs . But overall, the place is nice esp in the Penthouse . :)

The conference hall was huge. At first i was concerned that without aircon, it would be too hot to sleep, but it was not at all, thanks for accommodating us so well !

Best new 5 star hotel to stay in Baguio city!

I agree with the poorly trained staff . They were noisy/They keep on chatting even though they have guests waiting at the lounge . They were not hospitable . The food is okay, not that exceptional.

poorly trained staff indeed. there was one elevator attendant who even said bad stuff to our tour mates. rooms are excellent, especially bathrooms .

More like 3 star. Facilities ok, food so so, staff willing but obviously still poorly trained . Still good value overall if you manage expectations

Not really a 5 Star Hotel . Maybe 3. Their plates are not properly cleaned . There are still soap marks and bad smell left from foods. They need to improve on sanitation.

Lunch lunch munch it

It's a bad hotel - dirty linens and towels, lipstick marks left on coffee cups, dismal breakfast buffet and overall disorganized staff . You're better off staying elsewhere.

Definitely not 5 stars. Barely even 3. Poor rooms, poor food, poor service. They guised the hotel with a decent lobby the rest is poor.

Dont expect 5star accomodations, disappointed
