Wow! Getting. Chicago Plus card replaced was surprisingly easy. No fee and they handed me my new card on the spot. In and out in six minutes.

Customer service is EXCELLENT here!!! They even helped me fax my old employer for a refund on my Chicago plus card . Give them a high five!

Express line for Chicago Card applications the first 5 working days of the month from 12-2pm. Much faster than waiting in line !

The photo of the line is typical. Long lines , short unfriendly customer service hours, and this is the only sales office in town .

Don't go if you're in a hurry. The lines are always ridiculous.

Horribly inefficient. The guy at the customer service counter is nice at least
