Typical Klang food and service so if you complaint about quality then you have no idea what to expect at bkt restaurant . They do single bowl servings, no clay pot . Soup is thick but limited.
This is authentic Klang Old Style BKT , no yau cha kuai, soup no refill because is sauce type not soup type.
Bak kut teh is nice here.

Add soup : very little. In my opinion this place is overrated.
Expect the following :1) bad service, nobody will come and take your order 2) no yau za kuey3) VERY Minimal soup 4) stingy in topping up of soup
