Tried the simplest to the fanciest. This one's the best. Dip in "patis" (soy sauce ), vinegar, chili , with Puso rice . Leave spoon and fork on the table More enjoyable eating with bare hands.
Tip for Javalava Manila Tours . Spicy lechon belly is quite yummy. No rice here, only puso. No utensils but they provide disposable gloves. Keep away flies by lighting a candle. Enjoy!
