The guy in my photo is paid to stand in the parking lot , text friends, smoke, chat with homeless guys, & yell at you if you even look at JoAnn Fabrics, even if you make a purchase at Bartell's first.
Do not try to park here if you're attending a Ballard festival . Employees watch this lot like hawks!
Clean , but prices are way too high.
