Always bring a friend. So they can secure a table whilst you're ordering the excellent drinks. Because this store is very popular. Deservedly so!
Food nice & fresh, coffee great as with all Starbucks. One down point could do with a really good clean , chairs and floor filthy. More than just today's trade
Gets busy at lunchtimes during the week, so expect queues. The staff are all lovely though.
Very busy with Christmas shoppers looking to rest their legs. But, the fast hard working partners are flying through the queue. Without loosing their smiles and upbeat joviality.

Best McDonald's IMO. Use the self-service machine to avoid queue but if you can't find something, always ask as the system lags behind the actual stock. - Axel Segebrecht
Outside seating is great on a nice day. Usual Nero food and drinks available, shame service is a struggle for some & making coffee it would appear! - R
Try the lasagne from the chilled food section. Much better than any 'ready meal' you'll find in a supermarket. - Chris Bagnall
