Nice hotel with very friendly and helpful staff . They have many activities for both adults and children! All in all a great place for a family holiday ! Lots of hawker stalls outside the resort too.

The best place to stay at Penang, they have many pools for kids and adults. So many activists you can do at the beach . The staff are nice and friendly .

The Adventure Zone (indoor kids playground ) looks interesting if you have kids between 3-6 years old). It is also opened to non hotel guests for RM 35 nett per child for 2 hours

Perfect stay for family with kids. The staff is polite and good service . The cafe is spacious and comfortable . Room is a bit old. Pool and the adventure zone is the best place for the kids~

Love the environment here, especially with their pools. Pools are clean . Room are nice and 8 out of 10 for the cleanliness. U may enjoy the seaview at your balcony .

Plus points: super comfy beds & pillows , nice hot shower .. Minus points: cold floor! (altho practically it helps clean sand off easily) and the piping was a bit clogged up in the bathroom

One of the finest hotel in Batu Ferringhi. The beach are clean and lot of hawkers within walking distance. Breakfast are good and a lot of choices.

Great for families but I guess it's a little bit old and the rooms are uncarpeted. The beach activities are so fun!

Hotel is in an old design qnd needs some redecorating and most of the stuff are nice except some little, they have a family package if u have one take it

Great resort . A bit old building but well maintained facilities. Catch their happy hour (50% disc on selected drinks).

Try the food court next door for good good food and way cheaper than in the resort !

This is a great place for family holidays . It's got activities for everyone of all ages and I have been coming here ever since I was a little girl. I even feel like it grew smaller over the years!
