At SwissHotel , located at 30th floor. Service is good, prices are fine. Food is available. View is stunning at night and on a clear day. Whiskey selection is very good.
The cocktails are no better than the rest of the average fare in Tallinn & the food is on the average side but the view is breathtaking & it's probably the best service I've experienced in Europe.
This place has not only a great panoramic view but also excellent menu (even special white asparagus menu in EE!!!) Must try matching wines . Cocktail menu is extensive and very tasty.
