Octopus appetizer is fantastic. We didn't care for the paella negra , too one dimensional. The Paella for one was more than enough for two adults, fwiw.
Inside Condado Vanderbilt hotel . Fruit salad had a bit too much watermelon and few greens. The black paella with squid ink was just a black paella , it was hard to distinguish any ingredients in it.
try the spiced rum old fashioned-and if you get the paella negro make sure you won't be smiling anytime soon ????

Paella Negra was a huge hit, also loved the clam and mussels pizza . Excellent mojitos , lovely staff .
The breakfast buffet was great! Everything was delicious and we enjoyed it. Great attention too.
The incredible Ocean view with the waves breaking up against the rocks below. Great Pina Colada .
A bit expensive , but a very good breakfast buffet .
From the breakfast menu , don't miss the Lechon Asado Benedict if you enjoy pork .
