Lovely, helpful staff and really good location if you have to stay in Surabaya. Comfortable rooms and nice facilities. Love the gym and spa and lobby bar .
Accommodations are fairly average, but the service here is fantastic! The staff will go to great lengths to take care of guests. Above average breakfast as well .
This 4-star hotel offers great, comfy room w/ king sized bed & 42" LCD Screen! I love the bathroom design and the complimentary high-speed internet. Looking forward to stay here again on my next trip

Pretty big for suite, have living room, kitchen, electric stove (this cool), have i-pod dock (wow.. Nice), but small bathroom , NO BATHUP (whaattaaah***), the refrigerator is small. Over all 7/10.

The superior room was too small and it's definitely not worth the price. One thing that advantage this hotel was the location. We could just walk to get to the Ciputra mall .
