Wide array of electronics , etc plus general household ltems such as refrigerators. Staff is both helpful & courteous.

I've shopped at best buy for years and will continue to but this store has lost my business.

In all the shops you will find the same, we are clear, but the area is beautiful surrounded by department stores for a good morning's shopping.

Worst customer service from manager alba or alva. Purchased an item online for 1450 dollars and received it with a missing part. He kept arguing with me saying that they did not have to assist me

If you value your time and wish to not receive packages with missing parts that they will then refuse to fix, then drive a few more miles else where.

Don't purchase services here in the geek squad. If you do and you want to return the product you will loose the money on the service package even if you return the product the next day.

I work here and am sad by the tips, come in and find me for a good experience!
