It has become way better after much renovation and whatnot. The halls are good, especially Hall 5. Easy online purchase. However, if provided a counter specifically for online purchase would be great

Would love it if the management made the online ticket collection counter exclusively for that. I buy tickets online so I won't have to wait in line , but I usually have to wait 10 minutes.

I was amaze with the decoration of cinema in here..totally differ than what i had have in KL...it looks more old-school fashion..

First cinema i came to in Kuching that didn't sell out of popcorn . ???? Only compliant is that staff come into the cinema and stand there watching the movie , kind of distracting. ????

Just one complaint, ticketing counter always only open one counter, and the queue gets very long quickly. Please do something!!!!

They should make sure that all counters are open especially during weekends..the queues are so damn long!!

I had lost my wallet here after watching the green hornet. My advice is, dont forget to check ur wallet once the movie ends. Your wallet might dropped at the seat.

Since GSC opened, this cinema services become shitty~ ticket shows 10:30pm but until 10:40pm still unavailable to enter.
