Try and get here either during opening or from 1-2pm after 5 get ready to wait! If you can just go to the store on 23rd street on the westside there's virtually no wait there.
Small waiting area, staff are friendly , be patient. Arrive early, get a number, use the free wifi . check in with one of the reps in the NW corner if you plan to adjust your services.
People from the Front desk are rude, although I have to say that Rich from Customer Service is the BEST I wanted to hug him but If I did I could have been thrown out of there! ☺
It was hotter than the seventh layer of Dante's Inferno, but at least they played the World Cup on the screen. Once my number came up after a 45 minute wait I was helped quickly.
despite the place being packed the lines do happen to move. and they have plenty of plugs and free wifi .
Ask for a CableCard and tuner, buy your own DVR, and never deal with their second-rate, used hardware again.
Daniel is a lifesaver. Very polite and accommodating. Answered all of my questions and got me out quickly both times I've gone.
Get there early, 15 minutes before opening, so that you're first in line .
If you have to deal with TWC, this is the best place to do it - clean , nice, and friendly ...if you smile first.
Arrived Saturday 3 p.m. Line around the corner and up Broadway. Took an hour to get inside, another hour to get help. Good times.
Don't let them catch you taking a photo. They'll make you delete it. Who do they think they are, the TSA? (I'll admit, there are similarities.)
Ask for me! I can possibly try to help lower your bills...or even score to u the triple play! Come by!
It's less painful than calling them, but it's nowhere near as fun as an Apple Store.
Very courteous lady exchanged my old cable boxes for new ones in no time. Well done Time Warner!
TWC SUCKS !They UNDER-STAFF their TWC stores to prevent you from returning cable boxes & paying cable bills on time - so they can keep your deposits, keep charging you modem lease fees, late fees
Initially the experience was miserable, but the store supervisor, Montu, is a nice guy. Very accommodating.
Second time in 2 days just trying to return a cable box (thankfully switched to RCN!). Yesterday, came at 6pm and there was a 2 hour wait. Today, came at 9am and only waited 1 hr...
surprisingly friendly and efficient here (20 minutes total) but I still hate TWC's general cost of service
Give yourself time. They are pretty quick, but often crowded .
Bring something to do. You are going to wait
Expect long wait time on the weekends, even just to return equipment. They should really have a deposit box so people can fill out a form and return it... ????♂️
Don't be freaked by the DMV-inspired queuing system - it goes pretty quick.
Over 100 people here. I'm exchanging my cable box rather than wait 4 days for a service tech. Here's a top... Switch to FIOS... I will when it comes to my bldg
Clean store , friendly staff , and very little wait. I forgot I was dealing with Time Warner!
get ready to practice patience... a good thing... slow down and enjoy the meditation time.
I got here at 9 on a Thursday and there was no wait!
Next tyme I'll come in the mrng & not get a number like this again!!!!!!!!!!
If you are only swapping out a bad remote, there's no wait! They'll help you at the front door
Expect a 20-30 min wait to return a box in the middle of a weekday and a bitchy door greeter.
They get really pissed if you take a picture of the circus inside.
Fast service specially weekdays. Canceling my cable and sticking to wideband. Tired of paying for 200 channels when I only watch ten. Where is FIOS?
Highly surprised... Was expecting a hassle as I always get with time Warner... But I didnt get one- AT ALL
first time here and was impressed by the quick and friendly service .
Correction to my last tip... I.got exactly what I was expecting
20 minute wait. Don't let these postings about quick service fool you.
Worst experience ever. This place a fire everything hazard. Lines of ppl and ppl stuck every where that u can't even move and wait time from 3 to 4 hours. Ridiculous, never again!!!
Longest line ever! And only 4 of the 8 agents were actually n calling people. There is no good time to go
Look @ all these damn ppl
No Pictures Please
Line isn't worth the value of your your time. Consider mailing in your equipment instead.
More lines than the 80s
Unless you're just exchanging a remote, have them come to you. The lines here are ridiculous.
Cutting the cord! Yay for Netflix and online shows :-)
Time warner is one of the worst corporations I have EVER dealt with. And now there's an hour wait to return my box. I'm so glad to no longer be a customer of their's.
much less wait vs. the other manhattan location at 23rd St.
I suspect hell occasionally calls Time Warner Cable for tips on how to make people extra special miserable.
Most irritating thing about this place is the fact I pay for this service and these people.
The wait is always way too long!
Nothing like bad customer service and lazy/rude employees to get your day off to a great start.
So this place is a nightmare on the weekend.
The employees at customer service are extremely knowledgable and helpful! They may be short staffed, but be patient and you will be rewarded with excellent service! - Joa
Awesome and modern store! Best tech ever! The genius bar here is also very helpful and gets the job done - Caroline K
An electronics store w a nice throwback vibe. Good customer service. - Marlon
I love this store! They are really celebrating 4th of July with delicious swordfish nacho sampling. YUM! - Danielle s
Great healthy food with pleasing prices. Staff is there to help and there are always great tasters - Gia Lamothe
