Fort Worden State Park is a 434-acre multi-use park. The park rests on a high bluff overlooking Puget Sound and is part of the Cascadia Marine Trail.

Very diverse, there is swimming/beach space (the best in this county for sure), historical information, exciting and surprising walking trails , wartime memorabilia , and even the Marine Science Center
Beautiful trails , serene beach with lots of tiny pieces of sea glass. Curious stacks of stones along the way too.
Food at Commons and Beach Canteen excellent.
Gather your most adventurous friends, put on all black and play the best game of capture the flag you'll ever play in the old bunkers down by the beach ! Be wary of long dark tunnels !!

The Beach campground currently has better facilities than the Forest campground . We had to drive down to the beach to shower .

There is a maritime, natural history, and coast artillery museum .
Go to battery kinzie. Bring a headlamp if ur afraid of the dark

Ever had a Sea Urchin hug? Not to be missed! Seasonal days and hours so check ahead of time. Great touch pools, education programs, summer camps, and low tide beach walks. HIGHLY recommend it! - Beth Miller
