Equipped with sports and recreational facilities as its main product, this complex was once the centre of sports event at national level, such as MSSM Badminton Tournament 2004 and SUKMA Kedah 2006. On ordinary days, the facilities here are for the use of club members only.

For badminton , make sure you come in the morning. The courts are all slippery at night, dusty floors. Don't even try to complain because they won't take action in improving the situation either. Rude.

Can rent hotel room here for RM70+ per night. Only soap, toilet paper & towel provided. Bring own shampoo n toothpaste. Whole room smells of mothballs. >.<
