The VIP couple room is super cozy for you and your boo;). Comes with champagne and sweets too! Not crowded at all and super chill . Great place to relax and treat yourself.

It was awesome. Nice, relaxing and serene. My only drawback was the bartender with all the tattoos was horrible but the rest of the staff was superb.

Much nicer than the Russian Bath House on LES. It gets crowded after 2pm on Saturdays so hard to relax. Get there early if you want personal time. Cuban restaurant Mojito around corner : ).

Went there for a hammam treatment but got a scrub with a wrap , definitely not a real traditional hammam . Ridiculous & shameful that this place uses the word "hammam " for what this was.

My massage was scheduled for 10am. At 10:20, I inquired at the front desk. The therapist finally came out and was rude about it / no apology. I left. Janitor pushed mop around me feet as I redressed!
