Obviously this place converted into a Taiwanese beef noodle house . It's a self-serve setup with a cheapo vibe but they deliver authentic quality beef noodle soup !
This is a glorious spot on a sunny day, with tables right next to the Huangpu river looking across to The Bund. The coffee is pricey (35RMB for an Americano ) but strong and smooth. Read more

pricy with no matching services. No napkin provided. 餐食价格贵，没有相应服务，餐巾纸都还要叫。江边下雨，服务员一堆手忙脚乱但是毫无逻辑，雨伞撑在没人的桌子，因为方便，有人有食物的桌子让雨淋着。客人说食物都淋雨了怎么吃。服务员跟你说没事。。。非常不适合这个价格，素质太差！
