This place is a real gem. Great food (try the cinnamon bun pancakes ! ) great staff . It's the type of place that the chains try to copy and never get it quite right. Come here for the real deal.
An absolute "must-stop" location if visiting Lubbock. Great food and people, plus a lot of pictures of famous Texas Tech players past present and future.

This wasn’t bad at all! The bacon , pepper , cheese & tomato omelette was great. The pancakes were disappointing but good! The server, Oma, was wonderful!!
Specialty pancakes are tasty and fantastic. Chicken fried steak omelette is good but a lil over priced... Amazing and friendly service !
The only reason I eat here is because I can eat quickly and get back to the airport within an hour. This time I had their chicken fried steak . It was just okay. It was a little tough in some places.
The sweet potato pancakes are awesome. The place is a throw back to an earlier era and the service is superb.
Omelettes , rye toast and hash browns were all excellent.
