Get on a bus ???? to these outlets . Takes about an hour 15mins to get there. Tickets can be bought from the autostradale shop next to McDonalds opposite Duomo

Definitely the best of the three outlets near Milan . Foxtown in Mendrisio may have slightly better discounts , but lack the stock/ variety at Serravalle. Round trip from Milan = 1 hr 15 min/ way = €20.
