Grab a plate, fill it with hot food like the Indian dishes , pay $10 in the express checkout line , find a seat in the corner eating area, wash your hands at the hand washing station, get a cup if H20
At Whole Foods one must Read all labels on products as sadly they sell lots of conventional food at inflated prices. Eat Organic if you want to avoid GMO neurotoxins and carcinogens in food. Organic!
I found Stumptown Coffee here. Cold brew one & cold brew coffee with milk . :) I love both.
They have killer desserts in the bakery . The apple/huckleberry pie and the lemon pie are my favorites.
The River Rooms is amazing. $2 locally crafted canned beer . Great food.

Got a lot less food then what we usually get at the Boise Co-op or Natural Grocers, & it was double the price! Still, they have some products the other stores don't have...
