I am an extremely regular customer. Rooms are good, clean and well maintained. Staff are friendly . Hotel buffet is expensive but large. Ask for extras on check in and u usually get them

The refurbished rooms are really comfortable and the rain shower is absolutely divine. The reason for the affordable price could be in exchange for a busy environment, but still, it's a good hotel ! ♥

The newly refurbished rooms are real comfy . My favourite is the really nice toiletries provided. Try avoiding parking inside unless you're a hotel guest. Parking goes by every 30 mins. Max RM17/day

Paya Serai coffee house is 1/3 full. It's International Buffet @$98 per pax, the 6 of us gonna have a feast tonight to celebrate wife birthday. Good selection and various spread of dishes to die for!

Great place to chill on weekends. Love their live band performance . Also recommended for weekends brunch . Parking is RM6 for 1st hour and RM4 for subsequent hours .

The Surau is located level 1 beside the Japanese restaurant . Quite isolated but spacious area and clean . Very comfortable . Well done

Good hotel but outside was under heavy construction making the hotel hard to access. Hotel parking after 6pm is flat rate but very EXPENSIVE and access lane to underground parking is narrow.

Capacino cofee in breakfast is a must. Rooms are comfortable . Hotel doesn't accept any currency to exchange except $ :(
