The bagels and lox are great BUT the customer service is SUPREME! I will never go back to the Einsteins on Howell mill or 14th again. They need to take notes on this spot!
Florentino Spinach Bagel Farmhouse style ingredients inside add avocado and. BAM!!! SIMPLY EXCELLENT! Great blueberry muffins too. Ask them to warm them for 20 seconds and you have a winner

Not sure why I continue to come here on Sunday mornings. At 10:30am the bagels I want are gone. And they are slow. Guess because they are next to my place I keep coming
I have such a low tolerance for stupidity. Today pushed that. 17 minutes for a bagel . Not even toasted. Just throw it in the bag. I would cut some slack if it was busy but maybe 10 people in the store
