The shop from home option is amazing. the staff is super courteous and helpful. Definitely worth the $10 fee just so I dont have to battle my way through the store.
This location has nosedived since E. Htfd/Glastonbury opened. They've put no money into Manchester for sorely needed upgrades, training , etc. Lead mgmt never there. Not unusable, but brace yourself.
Not the location to shop at during their Can-Can sale! Took forever to cash out - needed an override from the manager who was ringing at another register! Sticking with the East Hartford location.
