Cleaning and removing of dead skin was okay for me. Probably coz I requested it before hand. But nail polish is nothing great, didn't do a good job there though.
Polish was painted unevenly on my bigtoe &some toenails had little holes. The massage wasn't great &nails were not the same length. Products used &environment was okay though. Overall rating 6.5/10
They after paying only they tell me they don't do designs.FB advertisement says manicure without mask is rm65 and I paid Rm75 at 1Utama branch.What a ridiculous place .Manicure is so so, DIY yourself.
Service becoming bad, as they leave me sitting unattended for 15mins. They called me to even come at 1:30pm. It's 2pm now. New manicurist, not sure if they are good like the old one. Bad impression.
Out of all branch of Nail Parlour, OU is the worst one, leave customer soaking feet for more than 20mins.. Not saying sorry or other customer service gestures.. Good one still KLCC then Mid Valley
Just ask for a lady, Jackie. She is the only one can DO a proper Mani and Pedi here.

One of the worst mani pedi I had. They just want to get rid of you ASAP. It's not worth the money that you pay.
they charge extra RM10 for mani&pedi bcoz of CNY.
