Friendly staff that will help find what you're looking for even if you have no idea what that may be. Some of their stuff is a little expensive , but they have a huge selection and a coffee shop inside
I find Books-A-Million to expensive and feel like I'm at a warehouse when I'm there. It just doesn't feel like a relaxing place like Borders was and how Barnes and Nobles is.
Good bookstore
Don't try to exchange anything! I was told by the manager that I couldn't exchange my calendar and to go to Borders if I didn't like it. Believe me, they'll never get my business again!
