Dans cet écrin qui a fait de « la tradition en mouvement » sa devise, mon restaurant s’ouvre sur le lac Léman et les Alpes françaises offrant au regard un spectacle à couper le souffle. J’ai imaginé une carte qui fait la synthèse entre mon imaginaire culinaire et ce lieu d’exception.

While not as adventurous as Pic is across the border, you can’t go wrong with this wonderful restaurant that really does pull out all the stops for refined dining. The setting and service are top.
It is very nice, however, they are very narrow. I guess part of the "experience". We were 13 and all required to eat the same even in 2 tables. The fish was really fishy. The selection of cheese is ok
