Wonderful place for vacation and relax! GREAT Spa , kindly personal and good cuisine. Mineral outdoor pool and hot tube and cozy fireplace in the lobby bar . The chocolate massage was the best!
Building and facilities: "+" nice spa , nice fire place "-" ridiculous functionality - no charges spots in the rooms, insufficient lights, need to cross whole lobby to go to the spa , funny stairs

Loved the beautiful pine forest , the views to the city , the lobby with the high ceiling , wide windows and a cosy fireplace . Didn't like the interior in the restaurants and rooms, breakfast was poor.

Tesis şahane, ikinci gelişimiz. Odalar rahat ve şık . Açık büfe kahvaltı zengin çeşitli ve kaliteli. Restoranı denemedik hiç. Spa merkezi çok iyi ama dış havuz kapalıydı. Seneye yine geleceğiz.

Много добра база, широки стаи, прекрасен СПА център , много красиво лоби с камина. И на всичко хубаво, като дойде ред на обалужването е КАТАСТРОФА

May be the best SPA hotel in Velingrad. Good food (unless you are vegetarian) and above average SPA center. The outdoor pool has lovely view to the nearby pine forest. - Genady Sergeev
