Awful service. It took an hour and half to prepare our food meanwhile we found out that they delivered our food to another table! Very poor management and dizzy staff . Fillet minion was total joke.

I’ve tried here twice and it was good to me. Definitely there are so many good cafés in this area but here in Sana, it’s Ok. I’m pleased with my order & don’t think it’s as that bad as some tips here.

I wonder it’s international franchise but you experience going somewhere like ‘ viuna cafe ‘ . Untrained staff , hot chocolate was cold chocolate actually and not fully filled.

It’s interior design is really nice, i ordered chicken fillets with teriyaki and barbecue sauce but it seemed that they just added bbq sauce but still was tasty

Coffee and Shakes tasted Great and had good portion but it is more expensive than other cafes in this area. btw nice place to refresh and relax!

Took them 25 minutes to prepare this!!!was supposed to be vegetable omelet but only had red pepper !the staff don't pay attention to the customers to take their orders.overall very dissatisfying

We ordered 3 iced Americano coffees , and one frozen drink , which was claimed to be prepared by organic lemons and mint but it was clearly made from store-bought lemonade !!!

What they use to serve you is very outdated. Crowded design. In no sense new wave. My espresso cup was not cleaned properly. The espresso choco latte disappointed me.

Ridiculous waiting time, a minimum of 30 minutes for hot water and teabags. Disappointing service on so many levels.

The worst experience we ever had!! We’ve been waiting for more than 40 minutes for latte and tea ! None of cakes on the menu was available😍😒😒

Good coffee . Bad shake . They have no ice cream in their shake ! Service is slow and staff are untrained. Place is clean though. Overall, not bad for your caffeine intake after a long shopping walk.

Awful staff , here is a disaster evertime, they didnt have all the cakes on the menu, we order chicken stick and carprisa salad , salad was ok but chicken was awful

Really bad. Order arrives late and cold. Staff dont know who ordered what. Server was fed up with his job and showed it in his attitude. They don't know which coffee is which. Austrian only in name.

پرسنل خیلی کندی داشتند. چندین بار برای سفارش باید بهشون میگفتین تا بیان.. در ساعت شلوغی خیلی منظم نبودند. غذا ها و نوشندنی ها نسبتا خوب بودند ولی اصلا فکر نمیکنم در حد همین برند در بقیه کشور ها باشه!

تو طبقه همکف سانا هست. خودشون خیلی سر نوع قهوه و دیزاین اصولی منو تبلیغ کرده بودن. منو مفصلی هم داره. من آیس ماکیاتو خوردم خوب بود اما زیاد شیرین بود.

كيفيت شيك اورئو و كيك هويج و موكا خوب بود، سيب زميني سرخ شده ورقه اي و خيلي خوشمزه بوود ، دمنوش ها معمولي و غير دمي بود دركل خوب بود

قهوه لانگو عالي بود! طعم لاين viennese واقعا منحصر بفرده! كوكي همراه قهوه هم بسيار خاص بود.

كافي شاپ اتريشي-منوي جالب و متنوعي داره اما هر چي ميخواستيم سفارش بديم نداشتن خيلي بد بود اين-نوشيدني ليمو و تمشك بيشترش يخ ميكس شده بود با كمي اسانس

این جا همچی معمولی ترین حالت خودش و داره(تیر ۹۸)

مرغشون كامل نپخته بود كه وقتي بهشون گفتيم خيلي مودبانه كلا عوضش كردن و سيب زمينيشو هم شارژ كردن 👍🏻

حجم و کیفیت غذا به نسبت قیمت (خیلی بخوام منصف باشم) خیلی متوسطه. تنها مزیتش به نظرم اینه که لااقل دیگه دغدغه‌ی جاپارک نداری.
