I have never had an issue with them being slow. I've always received the friendliest and quickest service.

Though this location is a nice size, the baristas aren't particularly nice, IMO. As much as you pay for coffee there, I've come to expect service with a smile, but I rarely get it there.

Grande treat receipt?! Neverrr heard of this, but if u get something before 2pm and show the receipt the same day, u get a cold grande for $2 after 2pm!!

Perfect pick me up before a long day at school! Little slow but when there are 10 plus cars in the drive thru plus people inside its not that bad

Slow and messy. Always lots of people from out of town from the conventions at the coliseum.

Iced coffee is stronger than hot and perf for the summer!

Going inside is not much faster. Waited 10 minutes for an iced passion fruit lemonade and there were 6 people working and no one in line .
