Solidly fresh sushi . Tried tuna Shogun style , hibachi scallops , Metairie Roll and the allusive but well done Monkfish liver ... and tipped the lucky cats . :)

Hibachi was delicious. The quality of the salmon sushi was appropriately high. Like every Japanese restaurant in NOLA, it's pricier than you expect.

Literally the best crunchy roll you'll ever have. Tuna shogun style is incredible. Or, sit at the sushi bar and ask the chef to make you what he wants!

Uni uni uni uni. I love Shogun and Shogun loves me. I used to eat so much sea urchin (uni dumbass) that they call my youngest child Uni Baby. Try the Uni.

Hibachi is da bomb! Definitely get the filet mignon .

it's all about the hibachi scallops . also, the baked enoki mushrooms are fantastic.

First time... Sushi was decent. Rainbow Roll was solid, and the smoked salmon box sushi was too. Didn't really get to be "adventurous". It was packed, and very loud . Will go again, and sit@ sushi bar .

Utah Roll=awesome! cream cheese is a lil much, but you almost don't taste it. I had to break it up to eat it, it's large!

Dinner for 2 is huge and delicious!

The Tuna Shogun Style is an alltime favorite, there seems to be nothing else like it. So very delicious it is. Really!

First went here about 10 years ago when it was more of a Japanese style restaurant . Times change I guess. Foods still good though.

Utah Roll and Steve Roll is amazingly good. If you want Hibachi request Dexter, the funniest chef I've found.
