I'm not sure whether there is a good tip about this place. Oh, kids here all acting like gangster. Ignore them would be the best option.

The only good thing here is neighborhood . Even you rent a place,be nice with them & there is no problem. But, parking is absolutely nay. Some might not park their car properly & lack tolerance driver.
