Taking Chipotle to a whole new level with the enchiladas ! Try the slightly smoky, tender short rib , or the mildly spicy , flavorful green chile pork . I loved the flour/corn tortillas , too!

Build your own enchiladas & tacos ! Hybrid tortilla & Potato filling was awesome + the chips and salsa . Tasted fresh, good service . Nice patio too. Only wish they had black beans as a topping.

I have such enchilada anxiety when I come here that I order 3 or 4... then get full 2 enchiladas later & take leftovers home in a box. Everything is awesome. Low prices it's a great value .

Uh, that spice tho. So, it's good but you have to have a tolerance for spice. I was dying just from a salad w/pork, guac , & slaw . More power to their spicy ways, but I don't have the DNA to support it

The bison is always great and the vegetarian fillings are awesome and not skimpy at all. Favorite filling is probably the smashed potato .

This place is tasty. They make the tortillas in front of you. Their spinach enchiladas are fabulous. They're nice and informative. Unique spot for sure. Almost always busy. Extra parking next door.

Try to decide what you want before you step up to the counter to order; once you get up there, you can't see the menu, and there are no labels. And there are so many great options...

It's chipotle but just enchilada style which is great. Got the chicken with the green sauce and it was really good. Spicy just like how I like it.

Enchiladas are fresh as potentially possible! Tortillas being made and grilled on the spot. Habanero salsa is just the right amount of heat.

You have many choices building your own Enchilada , but they are very patience and helpful:)

The tortilla soup is cheap , excellent and filling. Add some pork or chicken , pico and cheese on top.
