The tour provides online booking . If you face rashtrapati Bhavan, on left side houses the cabinet secretariat and on right side it houses the administrative wing of Rashtrapati Bhavan.
It's amazing from inside. Got a chance to visit it 3 times. The private area is amazing. Durbar hall is a nostalgic venue. That's where Chacha Nehru gave the 14th august night speech.

Took a tour in July 2015. Book it Online on the official Site. 25 bucks for Indians. Do it atleast a week before. Fri-Sun tours available. Marvelous experience.

Would have preferred if they had given a chance to visit at least one of the halls(Dining hall , Prize distribution hall), etc. We were just shown from close but not able to walk into it.

visitors can't enter most of the year except on certain dates in feb and march when the mughal gardens are open
