If you plan on being there all day, buy the All Day Dining plan, it's well worth it. 4 of us, paid $90 total for the dining plan, but we ate over $150 worth of food! And the food was good to boot!
An awesome place to go with you family and have an awesome time. I was so lucky to go. Although the lines cab be ridiculously long it's all worth it.
Get here early, take the fewest number of bags possible and wear comfortable shoes and clothing for the weather. also, only do the all you can eat if your really hungry and plan to get two meals.
Get there right when they open to avoid long lines and you can hit all of the outdoor exhibits before it gets super hot. By the time it is blazing you can head straight to the water park !
For Shamu’s new One Ocean show, pick a spot in the splash zone where you are sure to get wet! After the show, wring out your shirt and see who collected the most water! –Race to the Alamo
Be prepared for long lines at events and food stands ; the park is only open on weekends right now and the crowd is thick. Parking fills up fast! Exhausting walk for little ones -- consider a wagon.
If you have 5 and under kids you could spend all your time at Sea World Sesame Street Place and have plenty of fun and it's all age related so you can do almost all of it.
Its fun and educational you learn about sea creatures what they go through and the rides are amazing.
I am definitely against zoo and stuff like that. I mean using animals in any way...but but but I was impressed by some performances . It brought so many questions to me. Long story!
I've been to Orlando and San Antonio and this park is easier to navigate and is very enjoyable.

Great place to take your family. Dress comfortably and wear good tennis shoes because a lot of walking is involved. Be sure to pack sun screen.
Be sure to bring at least a little bit of cash so you can feed the dolphins and/or sea lions . It's worth the few bucks to have a dolphin swim right up to you and eat from your hand while you pet it.
loved it and the kids ages under 5 had a blast - we went at Christmas time and they had the Sesame street dance party and the kids went crazy over it !!
Can bring in small cooler/soft side ones are great! Along with small beverages and snack-sizes foods! Also any kind of shoes are ok for the rides!
My husband and I paid for yearly passes which cost about $20 more than a day pass and we love being able to enjoy the park at leisure.
The dolphin pool is our favorite place, we always spend some good time feeding and touching the dolphins. The water park is also a good one, and the kids playground with sprinklers is great.
The Safari Tour at 830am is the best way to go during the summer heat of Texas. You see all animal exhibits plus best seat for Shamu show.
The 250-acre marine theme park is home to Shamu , beluga whales and sea lions , more than 25 rides, shows and attractions . It's open from March to November.
Buy season passes! They're totally worth it. And when buying said passes, opt for the Platinum 2-Year pass. Free preferred parking ; Half the time your space ends up almost right at the gate!

Journey to Atlantis and the other water ride both experienced technical difficulties while we were there. Journey was back up after a short while but the other ride shut down completely.
It's a cool place for kids! They should think about expanding..a little to packed on the weekends.
