Good friendly service . I received pro attention that helped me figure out what product best suited my needs. Which helps after a 100 mile drive.

Customer service is actually amazing here. Don't listen to people who say otherwise. I've even had free fixes. PROTIP: Just be nice to them, and they'll be willing to hook you up in return!

Always make an appointment before going & pray someone acknowledges you without having to say you were next line . Several times-I've waited patiently in line only to be ignored by the workers.

Ed and Matt are genius gods! They went out of their way to retrieve a corrupted thesis file for me. I brought them cookies I was so grateful.

Use the Apple Store app on your iOS device to schedule Genius Bar appointments or do other cool things like see how many people are in front of you.

Just had the best customer service experience with Denise. She is exactly the reason that I moved to Apple and continue to move my friends, co-workers and family over from PCs.
